Shipping Policy
We work to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days.
- Standard delivery estimate: 2–7 business days after shipment.
- Estimated total delivery time: 3–10 business days.
- Carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Amazon Logistics.
- Shipping area: The 48 contiguous United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates may vary because of carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, peak-season volume, or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Returns and Return Shipping
Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please contact us at service@broaddict.com before sending a return. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, an RMA number.
- Non-quality returns: A 5% handling fee applies, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be unused, unmodified, and returned with all parts and original packaging.
- Confirmed product quality issues, incorrect items, or shipping damage: BROADDICT will cover the approved return shipping cost. We may request the order number, photos, video, packaging labels, or other information needed to verify the issue.
