It was extremely difficult to install this thing.
The first one I ordered was completely out of spec. Top table would not un-fold and the wire on the bottom table was way too long.
The 2nd one I tried installing took over an hour.
Lower screws are not designed well and don’t have enough flat area to be fully secured. Screw holes in top bracket were not aligned so I needed to dremel them out. Save yourself the headache and order one of these tables from literally anywhere else
Shelf doesn’t match up with the holes in the upper brackets once the lower hinge bracket connects with the lower bolts. It’s at least an inch off. After looking at a lot of pics and the revised installation instructions (ie NOT the ones sent with the shelf) I think the bottom hinge piece is installed backwards. Going to take it apart and flip it around to match the pics.
Love the tailgate table. Had issues installing as the instructions weren’t clear and it didn’t fit the bolts in the position the instructions gave. Also one of the top bolts ended up breaking but I installed it without it.
