BROADDICT 2-Year Warranty & Parts Support

BROADDICT products include a two-year limited warranty for product quality defects and other non-user-caused failures under normal, intended use and proper installation.

To request warranty assistance, email service@broaddict.com with your order number, vehicle information when relevant, and clear photos or video of the issue. For confirmed product quality issues, BROADDICT will cover approved return or replacement shipping.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or other user-caused conditions is not covered. If a repair is outside warranty coverage, compatible after-sales replacement parts may be available for purchase at the customer’s expense, subject to availability.
